Mindy is a mobile-first web app for managing event contacts, follow-ups, QR sharing, cloud sync for signed-in users, and data export.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate, getting consent before saving others’ details, protecting your device and account, keeping any backups you need, and complying with applicable data laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Mindy to collect or store sensitive personal information without consent, share false or misleading contact information, attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data, send spam, or violate applicable laws.
Disclaimer and Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Mindy Technologies Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
Data Loss
Mindy reduces the risk of data loss through signed-in cloud sync, but uninterrupted availability and perfect recovery are not guaranteed in every scenario.
