Data We Collect
We process the profile details you add to your account, such as name, email, company, role, bio, and any optional contact fields.
We also process the contacts, notes, tags, follow-up dates, and event data you create inside the app.
Mindy stores data locally in your browser. Signed-in accounts can also sync to our managed backend so the same data is available across devices.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to run the service, authenticate your account, sync your workspace, enable QR sharing, measure product usage, and support security and legal compliance.
Analytics and Cookies
Google Analytics 4 helps us measure visits, installs, contact creation, event creation, QR interactions, export activity, and other product usage trends.
We do not use analytics to send the contents of your contacts, notes, agreements, or event records to Google Analytics.
Data Storage and Security
Data may be stored locally on your device and, for signed-in accounts, in our cloud infrastructure. We use HTTPS and authenticated access controls for synced data.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, export your data, and withdraw consent where consent is the applicable legal basis.
Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers for authentication, password reset, synced storage, and analytics. When you share your profile by QR code, selected fields are embedded in a share URL so the receiving device can read them directly.
