Mindy is a mobile-first web application that helps professionals manage networking contacts during events. The service includes account creation, contact management, QR sharing, event organization, follow-up tracking, cloud sync for signed-in users, and data export.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information, obtaining consent before saving others’ contact information, protecting access to your device and account credentials, maintaining any backups or exports you require, and complying with data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Mindy to collect or store sensitive personal information without consent, share false or misleading contact information, attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data, send spam, or violate applicable laws.
Disclaimer and Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Mindy Technologies Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of your use of the app.
Data Loss
Mindy is designed to reduce the risk of data loss through signed-in cloud sync, but uninterrupted availability and perfect recovery are not guaranteed in every scenario.
