Data Controller
Mindy Technologies Ltd is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Mindy application.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process account, profile, event, contact, sync, export, and QR-sharing data as necessary to provide the Mindy service. We may also process limited product-usage and operational data to improve the service, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to processing of your personal data, subject to applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain account and synchronized workspace data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Local browser data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app.
Data Security
We use local browser storage, authenticated cloud storage for signed-in accounts, encrypted HTTPS connections in transit, and access controls around synchronized account data. We also limit analytics events so contact contents and notes are not sent as analytics payloads.
